HLS ClearKey

ByteArk Player SDK for Android supports HLS ClearKey playback automatically through exoplayer-hls. ClearKey is an AES-128 encryption scheme on HLS, suitable for use cases where basic protection is needed but the complexity of Widevine is not required.

Note

ClearKey is symmetric-key encryption. For premium content that requires higher security, we recommend Google Widevine instead.
