# There is no project on the website, what can I do?
If you were assigned to be an uploader, please re-check with the project's administrator if they have already added you as a member of the project. If the administrator hasn't created the project yet, you can get started by creating a new project.
# There is a text "Processing file..." shown up after uploading videos, what does it mean?
ByteArk Stream needs to process and transcode your videos after your videos finished uploading before you can make use of them.
# How long does it take to process the video?
It depends on the original video size and the project's preset. You can see the detailed transcoding progress in the Video Processing tab.
# Video processing status shows as "Skipped" What does it mean?
The video is not processed on the current resolution due to the preset settings, or you might not set the system to transcode the video on this resolution. Read more about setting a preset of your project.
# There is a text "An error occurred, please contact the administrator." shown up after uploading videos. What does it mean?
There is a problem with your uploaded video, please contact support@byteark.com.
