# Download a Video
You can use the video export feature to download video and audio uploaded from ByteArk Stream to your computer. The resulting file will have the same quality as the processed file.
# Getting started with Video Export Feature
To enable Video Export for your team, please email support@inox.co.th with your workspace name and request to activate Video Export.
You can check if your team has enabled Video Export by go to the videos and look for "Exported Files" menu in the left-hand menu bar. If you see this menu, it means the feature is available for your team.
You can check if your team has enabled this feature, go to the videos and click on "Exported Files" menu. If you see "Request Export File" button, it means the feature is enabled.
# How to Export a Video
- Select a video, then click "Exported Files" menu on a video information page.
- Click "Request Export File" to initiate the export. A list of files will appear below, showing the processing status.
- Once the file processing is complete, a "Download" button will be available to download the video file.
The export processes may take time to convert the file into a downloadable format, depending on the video's quality and length.
# Download Video
To find the Video/Audio files have previously requested for export, please follow these steps:
- On the Project page, click on "Exported Files" menu from the menu bar.
- You will find a list of requested export files, where you can search by name or Video Key.
- From this page, you can download the files or check their processing status.
# Exporting Video with Multiple Audio Tracks
If video has multiple audio tracks, such as Thai and English, after clicking "Request Export File" button, you are required to choose audio tracks that you prefer (can choose more than one audio track).
Total exported files will be as same as your selected audio tracks, with each file containing one video and one audio track.
# Export Files Expiration Date
Exported files will be automatically deleted within 30 days to prevent unnecessary storage usage.
# Advanced: How to Download Files via S3 Storage
You can download files through S3 Client on your computer using the following programs:

- CyberDuck (Windows and macOS) https://docs.byteark.com/th/storage/tools/cyberduck/ (opens new window)
To access the bucket, you will need the following 3 pieces of information together:
- URL for selecting the server.
- Access Key ID.
- Secret Access Key. You can obtain this information from the <video/export/more info> page.
